Aaron joined S&P Global in 2004 and has more than two decades of experience in energy markets. He is responsible for developing and coordinating S&P Global's long-term global oil market outlook and deeper dives on the North American oil market. His expertise covers industry dynamics, global and regional oil supply and demand trends, oil trade and infrastructure developments.

Aaron has authored numerous reports covering vital topics, such as the role of key pipeline projects, US crude oil exports, biofuels, the economics of electric vehicles, peak oil demand in the developed world, along with many regular market briefings and World Oil Watch reports. He regularly briefs clients on S&P Global energy outlooks and has been a regular presenter at the annual CERA Week conference in Houston. He has been quoted in numerous media outlets including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Bloomberg, among others.

Previously, he was a consultant in the oil industry, focusing on downstream regulatory issues. Aaron's university degrees include a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College, United States, and a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University's Paul H. Nitze School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Washington, D.C.
