Mr. Jiang has long been engaged in studying policy and development strategy of Petroleum and Gas Industry of China. In recent years, He presided and participated in significant research projects including: the Strategy of Oil and Gas Resource Sustainable Development of China, the Research on the Strategy and Policy of China Major Oilfield Development, the Research on the Strategy of CNPC international management, and the Research on the Strategy of CNPC Gas Sustainable Development. 姜学峰，中国石油集团经济技术研究院副院长，长期从事石油天然气市场、行业政策与海外油气投资战略研究。近年来先后承担和参与"中国可持续发展油气资源战略"、"中国大型油气田煤层气发展战略和政策研究""一带一路油气合作战略研究"等多项国家和中国石油集团重点课题研究，多项研究成果获得国家能源局软科学优秀成果奖和中石油集团科技进步奖
