After beginning his career in the R&D of electronics measuring equipment sector, Dr. Augusto Mayer joined Zanini and has served in various positions of responsibility for more than 20 years. His solid background in business, research in materials, electronics and radio frequency allowed him to be the driving force in the development and introduction of major product innovations specially the new line of electromagnetic transparency trim. The purpose of these products is to facilitate the integration of sensors such as Radars, Lidars and cameras with the esthetics of the vehicle preserving and enhancing its functionality in harsh environments. This is a key factor for the new generation of vehicles in their way to the autonomous driving function.
