As a Commodity Market Analyst in the Livestock, Meat, Poultry and Dairy team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, Adam's work includes production trade and price forecasts for the hog and pork markets. For many years Adam worked in Data Analytics and Commodity Risk Management for Centralized Supply Chain Services, the procurement arm for DineEquity's franchisees. Here, he developed statistical risk modelling for price stabilization and hedging strategies on a $500 million portfolio of commodities for $2 billion worth of procurement spend.

He has an MSc in business administration in finance from Regent University, Virginia, and a BSc in business management from Evangel University, Missouri.
