For many years Adam worked in Data Analytics and Commodity Risk Management for Centralized Supply Chain Services, the procurement arm for DineEquity's franchisees. Here, he developed statistical risk modelling for price stabilization and hedging strategies on a $500 million portfolio of commodities for $2 billion worth of procurement spend.
