Aliaksandr is a Senior Research Analyst with the Petroleum Sector Risk team at S&P Global Commodity Insights, where he covers upstream aboveground risks in European and North American countries, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Romania, and other Central and Eastern European countries, as well as Canada and the United States.
Aliaksandr holds a master's degree in international relations, specializing in energy security, and a PhD in history of international relations, specializing in EU energy policy, both from the Belarusian State University. He speaks Russian, Belarusian, and English.
