Julien Zigliani

Associate Director, S&P Global Commodity Insights

Julien is currently leading the EMEA research and content strategy. He has a deep understanding of the infrastructure linking energy production areas to end users in Africa.

Prior to joining S&P Global Commodity Insights, Julien worked on projects involving civil engineering, groundwater, geothermal, drilling, research and teaching. He was also involved in several consulting contracts.

Julien holds a BSc in Geosciences and Environment and a MSc in Engineering Geology from the University of Lausanne and EPFL, Switzerland. He studied fragile deformation in sedimentary rocks during his Master's thesis and determined the relation between the deformation model in reservoirs and the fractures location.
