He leads the development of global hydrocarbon resource play studies and database. He has held various technical roles in IHS Markit (now a part of the S&P Global) related to research and analyses of geological, geophysical, geochemical, and business intelligence. A GIS enthusiast with experience in spatial mapping, modelling, and visualization of hydrocarbon resources worldwide. He has had recent regional experience in Europe, the Indian Subcontinent, Asia, North America, South America and the Arctic. Dr. Chungkham started his career with Total SA.
