Adedapo Ajibade is a software trainer who focuses on Kingdom software applications. He has prior experience teaching Petra and Harmony (DeclinePlus). He has been in Customer Solutions since he joined the company 2008 and provides mentoring and technical support to S&P Global clients. Adedapo earned a Master of Science in geology at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, United States, and a Bachelor of Science in geology at Federal University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.
- Shady Elkadri, Associate Director – Client Services

Shady Elkadri presents training and Tier 3 pre-sales and post-sales customer support and training for Kingdom and GeoSyn, as well as customized classes. To resolve any client issues, he provides Tier 3 onsite and remote access support and mentoring for clients and internal staff. He assists with pre-sales software trials and supports customers who are transitioning to Kingdom from other geoscience interpretation applications. Prior to joining S&P Global in 2014, Shady worked in support and training at Divestco Inc. for two years. He earned a double Bachelor of Science in geophysics and physics at the University of Calgary, Canada.

I joined legacy IHS in 2009 with Petra Software support and training. I later became a Data Content and Software Trainer for North America. I teach customers and internal colleagues to use our products. I troubleshoot customer issues and work with product management and software development for resolutions. My goal is to help customers integrate our data better with our software and external applications. I also create workflows, help documents, videos, and manuals for clients. Products: Enerdeq, Direct Connect into Software, Petra Software (All), Kingdom Software (Well Explorer), Well Log Downloader, LogNet, Drilling Wire, Well Data, Production Data, Interpreted Tops and PRODFit, Raster Logs, Digital Logs, Energy Studio-Discover, North America ADM Content Mapping, Rest API, Snowflake.
- Meghan Howard, Associate Director – Client Services

Meghan Howard provides client training and mentoring for Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. Often, she assists clients to transition from Petra to Kingdom Geology, and she is involved with the Tops (GDS) team at S&P Global focusing on correlating and interpreting the Wolfcamp and Niobrara unconventional plays. Meghan also is a content creator for workflow videos and produces geoscience webinars. Prior to joining S&P Global in 2014, Meghan gained operations experience as an intern doing log correlation and mapping at EPL Oil & Gas Inc. She graduated from the University of Missouri, United States, in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in geological sciences.
- Dr. Jenga Ngalawa, Associate Director – Client Services

Jenga Ngalawa, Ph.D., provides training and geoscience workflows support to S&P Global customers in the Americas, focusing on Kingdom and Petra. As an experienced geologist and geophysicist, he is able to address day-to-day issues and give onsite and offsite support, as well as mentoring. Due to his experience, sometimes he is called upon to help customers in other parts of the world as well. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Dr. Ngalawa was a senior geoscientist working on the new generation 3-D geological interpretation software development and workflows solutions team at Austin GeoModeling (2007-2010); a senior geologist in the exploration technology and Gulf of Mexico deep-water development groups at Kerr-McGee/Anadarko Petroleum (2003-2007); a geoscientist in the reservoir software (GeoFrame) commercialization group at Schlumberger (2000-2003).
Dr. Ngalawa attained a Master of Science and Ph.D. in geology from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science in geology awarded by University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Glen Penfield, Principal – Client Services

Glen Penfield provides training and Tier 3 support to US customers, focusing on the Kingdom suite, as well as Petra. He writes the manuals for classes and mentors clients 1-1, in addition to teaching public and private classes. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he addresses client day-to-day issues and gives onsite support when required, and fulfills a critical role in creating, coordinating, and leading formal training sessions in energy exploration. Glen communicates effectively with stakeholders from every aspect of the upstream industry: Geophysicists, Geologists, Geosteerers, Geotechs, Data Managers, Petrophysicists, Software Developers, Business Service Analysts, Engineers, and Energy Managers. His experience includes onsite international experience, in which he coordinates and delivers on-site training sessions to clients based on specific needs and presents technical material at international conferences.
- John Wolff, Associate Director – Client Services

John Wolff provides training and Tier 3 support to S&P Global clients in North America, focusing on Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to assisting multiple teams with difficult troubleshooting efforts. In addition to mentoring colleagues with geological workflows, technology and troubleshooting, he delivers public and private training classes and client consulting. He collaborates with S&P Global product development, sales and product management teams with which he has worked since 2008. Previously John worked for MASERA Corporation, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Monarch Petroleum.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Northeastern Oklahoma State University and has since completed training in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and a Certificate of Arts in Computer Programming at Tulsa Community College, United States.
- Susannah LaGroue, Principal - Client Services

Susannah LaGroue provides Tier 3 support and software training for clients in Kingdom Suite and Petra. She trains public and private classes and conducts support and mentoring sessions, both in-person and virtually. With over 20 years of industry experience, Susannah supports database management, geological, geophysical and petrophysical workflows. Prior to joining IHSM, Susannah worked for 9 years as a Sr Staff Geophysicist in unconventional exploration and 3 years as a Systems Analyst supporting Gulf Coast and International Divisions with a wide range of earth science applications for Devon Energy. Prior to Devon, Susannah worked consulting and support for Landmark Software, a division of Halliburton.
She holds a BA in Geology from Smith College and pursued a Master’s Degree at Syracuse University.
