- Adedapo Ajibade, Principal - Client Services

Adedapo Ajibade is a software trainer who focuses on Kingdom software applications. He has prior experience teaching Petra and Harmony (DeclinePlus). He has been in Customer Solutions since he joined the company 2008 and provides mentoring and technical support to S&P Global clients. Adedapo earned a Master of Science in geology at the Missouri University of Science and Technology, United States, and a Bachelor of Science in geology at Federal University of Science and Technology, Nigeria.
- Shady Elkadri, Associate Director – Client Services

Shady Elkadri presents training and Tier 3 pre-sales and post-sales customer support and training for Kingdom and GeoSyn, as well as customized classes. To resolve any client issues, he provides Tier 3 onsite and remote access support and mentoring for clients and internal staff. He assists with pre-sales software trials and supports customers who are transitioning to Kingdom from other geoscience interpretation applications. Prior to joining S&P Global in 2014, Shady worked in support and training at Divestco Inc. for two years. He earned a double Bachelor of Science in geophysics and physics at the University of Calgary, Canada.

I joined legacy IHS in 2009 with Petra Software support and training. I later became a Data Content and Software Trainer for North America. I teach customers and internal colleagues to use our products. I troubleshoot customer issues and work with product management and software development for resolutions. My goal is to help customers integrate our data better with our software and external applications. I also create workflows, help documents, videos, and manuals for clients. Products: Enerdeq, Direct Connect into Software, Petra Software (All), Kingdom Software (Well Explorer), Well Log Downloader, LogNet, Drilling Wire, Well Data, Production Data, Interpreted Tops and PRODFit, Raster Logs, Digital Logs, Energy Studio-Discover, North America ADM Content Mapping, Rest API, Snowflake.
- Meghan Howard, Associate Director – Client Services

Meghan Howard provides client training and mentoring for Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. Often, she assists clients to transition from Petra to Kingdom Geology, and she is involved with the Tops (GDS) team at S&P Global focusing on correlating and interpreting the Wolfcamp and Niobrara unconventional plays. Meghan also is a content creator for workflow videos and produces geoscience webinars. Prior to joining S&P Global in 2014, Meghan gained operations experience as an intern doing log correlation and mapping at EPL Oil & Gas Inc. She graduated from the University of Missouri, United States, in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in geological sciences.
- Dr. Jenga Ngalawa, Associate Director – Client Services

Jenga Ngalawa, Ph.D., provides training and geoscience workflows support to S&P Global customers in the Americas, focusing on Kingdom and Petra. As an experienced geologist and geophysicist, he is able to address day-to-day issues and give onsite and offsite support, as well as mentoring. Due to his experience, sometimes he is called upon to help customers in other parts of the world as well. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Dr. Ngalawa was a senior geoscientist working on the new generation 3-D geological interpretation software development and workflows solutions team at Austin GeoModeling (2007-2010); a senior geologist in the exploration technology and Gulf of Mexico deep-water development groups at Kerr-McGee/Anadarko Petroleum (2003-2007); a geoscientist in the reservoir software (GeoFrame) commercialization group at Schlumberger (2000-2003).
Dr. Ngalawa attained a Master of Science and Ph.D. in geology from the Free University of Brussels (VUB), Belgium, and a Bachelor of Science in geology awarded by University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
- Glen Penfield, Principal – Client Services

Glen Penfield provides training and Tier 3 support to US customers, focusing on the Kingdom suite, as well as Petra. He writes the manuals for classes and mentors clients 1-1, in addition to teaching public and private classes. With more than 10 years of industry experience, he addresses client day-to-day issues and gives onsite support when required, and fulfills a critical role in creating, coordinating, and leading formal training sessions in energy exploration. Glen communicates effectively with stakeholders from every aspect of the upstream industry: Geophysicists, Geologists, Geosteerers, Geotechs, Data Managers, Petrophysicists, Software Developers, Business Service Analysts, Engineers, and Energy Managers. His experience includes onsite international experience, in which he coordinates and delivers on-site training sessions to clients based on specific needs and presents technical material at international conferences.
- John Wolff, Associate Director – Client Services

John Wolff provides training and Tier 3 support to S&P Global clients in North America, focusing on Petra, Kingdom and Enerdeq. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to assisting multiple teams with difficult troubleshooting efforts. In addition to mentoring colleagues with geological workflows, technology and troubleshooting, he delivers public and private training classes and client consulting. He collaborates with S&P Global product development, sales and product management teams with which he has worked since 2008. Previously John worked for MASERA Corporation, the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Monarch Petroleum.
He completed his Bachelor of Arts at Northeastern Oklahoma State University and has since completed training in Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and a Certificate of Arts in Computer Programming at Tulsa Community College, United States.
- Susannah LaGroue, Principal - Client Services

Susannah LaGroue provides Tier 3 support and software training for clients in Kingdom Suite and Petra. She trains public and private classes and conducts support and mentoring sessions, both in-person and virtually. With over 20 years of industry experience, Susannah supports database management, geological, geophysical and petrophysical workflows. Prior to joining IHSM, Susannah worked for 9 years as a Sr Staff Geophysicist in unconventional exploration and 3 years as a Systems Analyst supporting Gulf Coast and International Divisions with a wide range of earth science applications for Devon Energy. Prior to Devon, Susannah worked consulting and support for Landmark Software, a division of Halliburton.
She holds a BA in Geology from Smith College and pursued a Master’s Degree at Syracuse University.

- Tabata Funke da Costa, Associate Director – Head of Upstream for LATAM

Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Tabata Funke has 12 years’ experience providing high level support, training, services and consulting for existing clients in Latin America on S&P Geoscience products. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, Tabata also collaborates with S&P Global product development, sales and product management teams and manages Latin America Upstream team.
She studied geophysics at Sao Paulo University, Brazil.

Angela Olaya provides training and support for S&P geoscience products to existing clients. She works with existing or potential clients to demonstrate the value of our products by providing expert knowledge on the products and how to exploit their value.

- Ahmed Nabawy, Senior Technical Specialist

Based in Dubai, Ahmed Nabawy is a Senior Technical Specialist who provides support to S&P Global customers in the Middle East and Africa. In addition to pre-sales presentations, he offers after-sales support to Kingdom customers, including onsite support when required. He helps to address day-to-day issues and smooth the process of data migration from competitive platforms to Kingdom. Prior to joining the company in 2010, Ahmed was a senior software support specialist at Kingdom’s channel partner in Egypt (2005-2010).
He earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Geology from Menoufia University, a diploma in Petroleum Geology from the University of Ain Shams in Egypt, and a graduate certificate in Petroleum Data Management from Robert Gordon University.
- Chris Han, Associate Director / Geoscience Technical Advisor

Based in London Chris Han provides technical support, training and presentations for S&P Kingdom and Analytics Explorer users in the EMEA region. In addition to client facing activities, he is involved in workflow development, technical projects, and internal advisory to aid software development with a specialism in seismic analysis and attribute workflows. Prior to joining S&P Global, Chris has over a decade of experience in Geoscience software consultancy and service project delivery to Energy Companies globally, and several years working in Site Survey Geophysics, including experience in offshore seismic data acquisition. He attained a BSc in Geological Sciences and an MSc in Structural Geology with Geophysics from the University of Leeds, UK, graduating in 2010.

- Iin Fransisca, Technical Specialist

Iin Fransisca provides Kingdom training and support for S&P Global customers in APAC included Oceania. Utilizing more than 19 years of industry experience, she aids pre-sales demos and customer support before and after the sale to address their day-to-day issues, as well as give onsite support when required. Prior to joining S&P Global in September 2016, Iin worked at Chevron Australia for three years as an operational geophysicist/well planning geoscientist working on subsurface drilling hazard assessment of exploration wells and assisting VSP work. Earlier, she held various roles, including technical support as well as geological and geophysical consulting onsite at Landmark-Halliburton for eight years, following a year in Indonesia at PT Elnusa Geoscience Processing.
Iin earned a Master of Science in reservoir geophysics at the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor of Science in geological engineering at Trisakti University, Indonesia.
- Zhihua Li, Commercial Specialist

Zhihua Li is the Commercial Specialist of North East Asia. She has more than 19 years working experience in petroleum industry. Prior to joining S&P Global, Zhihua was the Geoscience Business Owner of North East Asia in Shlumberger Digital & Integration. Zhihua has rich experience in software training, technical support, workflow demonstration and comprehensive geoscience study from seismic and geological interpretation to geological modeling.
Zhihua holds a master’s degree in Applied Geophysics from the China University of Petroleum (Beijing). Zhihua can deliver Kingdom training in Chinese or English.
- Akbar Rehan Mirza, Principal – Client Services

Based in Malaysia, Akbar Rehan Mirza provides Kingdom software trainings and offsite/onsite G&G Workflows & Data Management support to S&P Global customers in APAC region. He also conduct demos on existing & new Kingdom modules/functionalities. He has 19 years of experience in G&G software support and E&P Data Management. Prior to joining S&P Global, Akbar worked in LMKR, Pakistan (2004 – 2013) as ‘G&G Application Support Consultant’. Akbar graduated in Geophysics (2002-2004) from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.

- David Pfleger, Principal – Geoscience Software Services

As a member of Global Geoscience Software Services team, David Pfleger provides Kingdom and Petra workflow, data management and database implementation assistance to S&P Global customers in the Americas. Prior to joining the company in 2011, David gained 10 years of industry experience working at Schlumberger, ExxonMobil, Kerr-McGee, Amerada Hess, and Shell. Educated in the UK, he earned his Bachelor of Science in geology with oceanography at the University of Southampton.
He attained a Master of Science in petroleum geology at Imperial College – London, United Kingdom.
- Ken Moore, Director – Geoscience Software Services

Ken Moore is the Director of Clients Services at S&P Global. Project management, installation and deployment of the applications Kingdom and Petra are the focus of Client Services. Ken teaches the System Administration and Data Management classes for the G&G applications. He mentors clients and leads training classes in the basic functionality of the software packages for new clients. Ken is working with the development staff at IHSM on the cloud implementation in Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Prior to joining S&P Global, now S&P Global, in 2003, he gained more than 20 years of industry experience working with Reservoir Characterization Research and Consulting, Inc., in Denver, Colorado, as a network administrator and as a sales engineer in Midland and as a field engineer in Victoria, Texas, on Schlumberger assignments, as well as with Wireline Recruiter Americas in Houston, Texas.
Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Marquette University, United States. He completed his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2015.
- Matt Hergert, Associate Director - Geoscience Software Services

Matt is an Associate Director and member of the Geoscience Software Services team at S&P Global Commodity Insights. This group specializes in targeted project & data management and workflow consulting for Kingdom and Petra customers. Matt has 16 years of experience in geophysical data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and database management. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (Golden, CO), and spent his first 5 years as a professional working as a Geophysical Project Engineer, specializing in nondestructive testing on civil structures and infrastructure. In 2012, Matt joined the Kingdom software support team, providing global technical support for the Kingdom, Petra, SubPUMP, and Perform software platforms. For the past decade Matt has provided a wide range of technical expertise and mentorship for Kingdom users, database administrators, geoscience managers, and colleagues.

- Aleksandr Antonov, Customer Care Advisor, Specialist – Upstream Engineering Client Services
- Aleksandr Antonov is a Senior Technical Advisor in our Upstream Engineering Client Services Team, based in Calgary, Canada. He delivers training and provides worldwide support for S&P Global petroleum engineering software. Before joining S&P Global, he worked in both production and reservoir engineering roles. He holds an applied bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada.
- Alireza Haghighat, Director – Upstream Technical Specialists
- Alireza Haghighat is a senior technical advisor and trainer for Engineering Solutions at S&P Global. He is trainer for Reservoir (RTA)/ Forecast and can provide support for WellTest and Optimize. Prior to joining S&P Global, he was a senior reservoir engineer at Eclipse/Montage resources for almost 5 years. As a reservoir engineer, he was involved in rate transient analysis of unconventional assets (Utica and Marcellus), asset development, hydraulic fracture and reservoir simulation, well performance evaluation with data analytics, DFIT analysis and reserve evaluation. Alireza had been adjunct faculty at Pennsylvania State University (PSU) since 2015, teaching courses in Petroleum Engineering/Energy, Business and Finance departments. He received PhD in petroleum and natural gas engineering from West Virginia University and master’s degree is petroleum engineering from Delft university of Technology.
- Ehsan Motamed, Customer Care Advisor, Principal – Upstream Engineering Client Services

As a technical advisor, Ehsan Motamed supports worldwide customers in optimizing S&P Global petroleum engineering software. He addresses technical questions and challenges. His primary focus is Harmony Reservoir and Welltest, with secondary focus on PERFORM, Optimize and Forecast. Ehsan has 20+ years of in-depth experience in conventional and unconventional reservoir characterization using numerical and analytical models. Ehsan holds a master’s degree in reservoir engineering from the Petroleum University of Technology, Iran. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
- Jose Inciarte, Customer Care Advisor, Principal – Upstream Engineering Client Services

As a technical advisor, Jose Inciarte provides worldwide support for S&P Global petroleum engineering software packages, including SubPUMP, PERFORM, Piper and Harmony Enterprise (Forecast, Reservoir & Optimize). He delivers training courses to new and potential users for Harmony and Piper. Jose is a certified Forecast and Piper instructor with more than fifteen years of engineering work experience, including ten years of experience in petroleum software testing, training, and support. He holds a bachelor’s degrees in petroleum engineering from Instituto Universitario Politécnico Santiago Mariño, Venezuela.
- Layla Mahmood, Technical Specialist – Reservoir Engineering Solutions

Layla Mahmood is a Technical Specialist for S&P Global based out of the London Ropemaker Office and provides technical support for S&P Global customers. Covering Europe, Middle East and Africa, Layla presents value-focused presentations of engineering software to current and prospective clients and supports them with their engineering challenges. As a certified instructor, Layla delivers training courses for both conventional and unconventional rate transient analysis (RTA) covering engineering theory and workflows. Layla provides customers with workflow-to-analysis support in Harmony Forecast, Reservoir and Optimize, with her specialism primarily lying in RTA and specialist data analysis.
Layla is a graduate from the University of Portsmouth in Petroleum Engineering and is also conducting an Executive Education in Data Analytics at Imperial College, London.
- Muhammad Atif, Customer Care Advisor, Principal – Upstream Engineering Client Services
- Muhammad Atif is a seasoned Petroleum Engineer with over 16 years of engineering experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He joined S&P Global Canada as a Sr. Technical Advisor and provides engineering support to S&P Global clients worldwide primarily focused on Harmony Enterprise including Reservoir (RTA), Forecast, Optimize, & Harmony Analytics, along with other petroleum engineering platforms like Perform and Welltest (PTA). He is also a certified trainer for Harmony Enterprise Reservoir and delivers courses to clients locally and via remote virtual platform globally. He possesses excellent reservoir and production engineering acumen with practical experience on unconventional and conventional assets spanning multistage horizontal frac, SAGD and CSS technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in petroleum engineering from University of Alberta, Canada and is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
- Simon Davies, Associate Director – Upstream Engineering Client Services

Simon Davies is a primary creator of basic and advanced training material for S&P Global software products, including Harmony Enterprise (Forecast, Reservoir and Optimize) and Piper. He is also competent with related software including WellTest and SubPUMP. Since joining S&P Global in 2011, he has been involved in all aspects of the software development process including writing software specifications, creating detailed test procedures, and developing complex functional examples. A member of the SPE and APEGA, he holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Dalhousie University, Canada, and a bachelor’s degree in petroleum technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Canada.
- Tracy Brenner, Director – Upstream Engineering Client Services

Tracy Brenner creates content, delivers training, and provides advanced support to clients worldwide for both S&P Global Harmony Enterprise and Piper. She has worked on product development for both applications with a focus on database connections, imports, Reservoir-Piper interoperability, Forecast, Optimize and Monitor features. Prior to joining S&P Global, Tracy worked with ExxonMobil & Imperial Oil as a technician and application specialist. She brings practical experience with E&P operations across all business stages in both conventional and unconventional assets. Tracy has worked on shale gas, oil sands (CSS, SAGD & Mining) and offshore conventional assets on both Reservoir Engineering and Geoscience teams. She is skilled in GIS, core data analysis, well logs and image analysis. With a BSc & MSc from the University of Calgary, she has over 25 years’ experience teaching and 18 supporting technical applications.
