Amid all the talk of a "trade war" with the US, China's steel production and demand continues apace, capacity utilization restrictions notwithstanding.
Beijing's "proactive" fiscal policy will support the economy through any adverse impact from the US tariffs, and should ensure the all-important property construction sector remains strong over the remainder of 2018.
