Sofia Galas, research analyst with the Climate and Sustainability Group at IHS MarkitSofia Galas is a research analyst with the Climate and Sustainability Group at IHS Markit. Mrs. Galas focuses on the analysis of the Russian gas, power, and renewables markets. Prior to joining IHS Markit, she was involved in an import substitution project at Gazprom Neft, where she was responsible for strategy development. Mrs. Galas also has experience at venture capital fund Phystech Ventures, where she led a startup accelerator project and conducted investment analysis of more than 100 Russian startups in the oil industry.
