Harry has about 20 years of commercial and technical experience in consulting and energy industries. His expertise includes crude oil and petroleum product markets, refinery planning and economics, refinery process operations, technical service and in-depth knowledge of Chinese downstream oil markets. He's a frequent speaker in some of the major refining and oil market events in China including China International Oil and Gas Trade Congress by the Ministry of Commerce and China Refining Technology Summit by Sinopec, Refining. He also has rich experience in advising multinational companies on various engagements ranging from market studies, business/asset benchmarking, commercial and technical due diligence, asset valuation and project feasibility studies. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2012, he was employed by TOTAL as a refining engineer at the West Pacific Petrochemical Company (WEPEC) joint venture refinery in Dalian. He worked in TOTAL's head office in Paris and at the Zeeland refinery - TOTAL's joint venture refinery in the Netherlands. Harry began his career as a process engineer at PetroChina's refinery in Yumen.

He graduated in chemical engineering from the Dalian University of Technology.
