In his current role in Securities Finance Transaction Regulation Solution, he oversees day to day operations to ensure effective delivery of reporting service to its customers by engaging regularly with the key stakeholders of the SFTR Solution. He leads internal client discussions to review their daily activity and identifies gaps and suggests enhancements to the solution. He also plays an active role within the design team to ensure seamless implementation of new enhancements to the SFTR Solution. He works closely with various project teams globally and ensures business operations readiness to contribute in smooth delivery of new product releases. Sahil has led the onboarding of some major Tier 1 and 2 clients in the securities finance industry and is the single point of contact for them for all their queries. His in-depth knowledge of the service offering has made him the Go-To person for majority of the people within SFTR Solution.

He has previously worked with UBS Investment Bank, North America Region Middle Office, supporting front to back office trading of US Treasuries and assisting the Repo desk. Sahil started his career in sales with one of the telecom network provider - O2, which helped him enhance his skills in building good client relationships and enhancing company's rapport amongst various stakeholders. With his optimistic attitude and strong work ethics, he has inspired his co-workers to set higher goals and deliver on them.

Sahil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specialised in Banking and Insurance, Port Graduate in International Business Practices from St Mary's University College, Twickenham, London, and Master of Science Degree in International Management from University of Reading, UK.
