Chuck Pickering, vice president of Global Content Operations for S&P Global Commodity Insights, Energy and Natural Resources business sector.Chuck has 40 years of industry experience starting in West Texas as a field engineer for Dresser Atlas. Later in his career he was transferred to Nigeria where he oversaw all land and offshore operations for the company. During his career he has held positions in engineering, sales, sales management, operations management, and executive management roles for the last two decades with S&P Global Commodity Insights. He is currently responsible for leading the global operations team for S&P Global Commodity Insights Energy and Natural Resources business sector where his teams are accountable for all aspects of the company's global data content and analysis, from the sourcing to the syndication of products.
