Ms. Zoi joined EVgo as CEO in 2017 and has led the company’s growth and its establishment as the preeminent public fast-charging network in the US. She has held numerous CEO and senior executive positions in the energy industry, government, academia, and non-profit sectors. Ms. Zoi served in the Obama Administration as Assistant Secretary and Acting Under Secretary at the Department of Energy, where she oversaw more than $30 billion in energy investments. Ms. Zoi was also the founding CEO of both the Alliance for Climate Protection, established and chaired by US Vice President Al Gore; and the Sustainable Energy Development Authority, a $50m fund to commercialize clean energy technologies in Australia. In the early 1990s, Ms. Zoi was Chief of Staff for Environmental Policy in the Clinton White House and she pioneered the Energy Star program while at the US EPA. Ms. Zoi has a B.S. in Geology from Duke University and an M.S. in Engineering from Dartmouth.

Mr. Sagara is Group President for Sempra Energy. In his current role, Mr. Sagara oversees Sempra Energy’s California utility infrastructure businesses, San Diego Gas & Electric Co. (SDG&E) and Southern California Gas Co. (SoCalGas), and serves as chairman for both companies. Mr. Sagara most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer of SDG&E and is credited with raising the company’s standing as a national leader in wildfire safety and clean energy. Previously, Mr. Sagara was president of Sempra Renewables, overseeing all aspects of the company’s 2.6-gigawatt renewable energy business unit, including project development, acquisitions, finance, construction, and operations. Mr. Sagara first joined the Sempra Energy family of companies in 1992 as an attorney with SDG&E and has served in a variety of senior leadership roles in commercial and legal capacities since then, including vice president and general counsel of various business units and vice president of mergers and acquisitions for Sempra Energy. He serves on the boards of directors of SDG&E and SoCalGas, and of the Edison Electric Institute.

Mr. Latimer is the Co-Founder of Fervo Energy. Fervo commercializes technology to develop, own and operate geothermal assets as the dispatchable foundation to a 100% clean energy future. Mr. Latimer was previously a Drilling Engineer with BHP where he worked in the Permian and Eagle Ford basins. With a growing appreciation of the urgency of climate change, Mr. Latimer left the petroleum industry in 2015 to pursue an MBA/MS in Environment and Resources from Stanford University where he launched Fervo Energy. Mr. Latimer is a Fellow at Activate and the Clean Energy Leadership Institute. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and is a native of Texas.

Mr. Laabs is the Co-Founder and CEO of Modern Energy, a holding company for clean energy businesses leading the transition to a net-zero carbon economy. Modern Energy partners with clean energy business leaders to scale innovations in energy efficiency, distributed generation, and storage. Mr. Laabs previously co-founded Faro Energy, one of the leading distributed solar companies in Brazil, which Modern Energy acquired in early 2020. Prior to Modern Energy, Mr. Laabs served as Chief Operating Officer of Soligent, a California-based solar equipment distributor with over 5,000 customers and over $150mm in annual revenues. Prior to Soligent, Mr. Laabs helped to build and sell Climate Bridge, a major early player in global carbon markets with offices in Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Prior to that, he served as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Laabs graduated as a Robertson Scholar jointly from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University.

Mr. Grybowski is the Chief Executive Officer of US Wind, Inc. and a leader in the offshore wind industry in the United States. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Deepwater Wind from 2012-18, where he led the company’s pathbreaking efforts to launch the offshore wind industry in the United States. He was intimately involved in the development of America’s first offshore wind farm, the Block Island Wind Farm. Under his leadership, the company developed a portfolio of 1,000 MW of awarded offshore wind revenue contracts, including the first offshore wind projects for the states of New York, Maryland, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. After the acquisition of Deepwater Wind by Ørsted, Mr. Grybowski served as Co-CEO of Ørsted US Offshore Wind until 2019. Mr. Grybowski earned an A.B. with Honors in Public Policy from Brown University and a J.D. with High Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Mr. Hynes founded XL Fleet in 2009 and leads the company’s corporate strategy initiatives. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he has taught a graduate course, Energy Ventures, since 2008. Previously, he was director of alternative energy at Citizens Energy where he launched the company’s wind development business. Prior to Citizens Energy, Mr. Hynes founded a consulting and engineering company in distributed power generation. He also co-founded the MIT Clean Energy Prize and co-chaired the Energy Committee of the Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Conventions (CERC), the organization that greened the 2004 US presidential Democratic National Convention and Republican National Convention. Mr. Hynes has a Bachelor of Science in management science from MIT.

Mr. Tertzakian is a Deputy Director of the ARC Energy Research Institute and provides analysis of current trends in technology and updates on energy-related businesses to ARC Energy Funds' investors and portfolio companies. He is a member of ARC’s Executive, Investment and Governance Committees. Mr. Tertzakian joined ARC in 2002 with a background in geophysics and economics and has over 30 years of experience in the energy business. Best-selling author of A Thousand Barrels a Second and The End of Energy Obesity, he is a sought after international speaker recognized as an expert energy economist and has been a key contributor on a number of government and industry panels. Mr. Tertzakian has a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), a graduate degree in Econometrics from the University of Southhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics from the University of Alberta.

Mr. Hochschild was appointed chair of the California Energy Commission by Governor Gavin Newsom in February 2019. He fills the environmental position on the five-member Commission, where four of the five members are required by law to have professional training in specific areas - engineering or physical science, environmental protection, economics, and law. Chair Hochschild's career has spanned public service, environmental advocacy, and the private sector. He first got involved in the solar energy field in 2001 in San Francisco as a special assistant to Mayor Willie Brown, where Chair Hochschild launched a citywide $100 million initiative to put solar panels on public buildings. He also co-founded the Vote Solar Initiative, a 60,000-member advocacy organization promoting solar policies at the local, state, and federal levels. He was executive director of a national consortium of leading solar manufacturers and worked for five years at Solaria, a solar company in Silicon Valley. From 2007 to 2008, he served as a commissioner at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Chair Hochschild holds a bachelor of arts from Swarthmore College and a master of public policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He also was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs.

Mr. Broun is the Chief Executive Officer of Kensho Technologies, which applies advanced machine learning to solve difficult problems in finance and intelligence. He joined Kensho as a member of the founding management team from Credit Suisse, where he was first global head of IT Strategy, and later CIO, Front Office covering all three revenue-generating divisions – Investment Banking, Private Banking, and Asset Management. Prior to that, he was a partner with Deloitte Consulting, where he led the US consulting practice for buy-side financial services. Mr. Broun holds a B.A. (Hons) in Physics and an MA from Oxford University.

Dr. Horowitz is the Founder and CEO of AMP Robotics™ an industrial artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics company that is fundamentally changing the economics of recycling, by lowering processing costs and extracting maximum value from waste streams. Dr. Horowitz was just individually recognized as Waste360’s ‘2019 Innovator of the Year’ award, in addition to being named to their ‘40 under 40’ list. AMP has received numerous awards and international recognition, including The Circulars 2018 Award for ‘Circular Economy Top Tech Disruptor’ at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and the NWRA’s (National Waste and Recycling Association) ‘2017 Innovator of the Year’ award. Dr. Horowitz earned multiple degrees including a BS in Electrical Engineering, BS in Computer Science, BS in Applied Mathematics, BA in Economics, and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Horowitz holds a Ph.D. in Control and Dynamical Systems from the California Institute of Technology with publications and research in control theory, path planning, and computer vision.

Mr. Panditi is the President and CEO of Enel X North America, managing the company’s business in the United States and Canada. In this role, he oversees the smart energy revolution Enel X is leading through its integrated, sustainable energy solutions and electric vehicle charging technologies. He brings his 25 years of experience in the technology sector to Enel X, leveraging his expertise on digital transformation across industries. Prior to joining Enel X in July 2019, Mr. Panditi was General Manager at software development company, CA Technologies. His background includes executive-level leadership roles at Cisco Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company’s Service Provider Networking Group, overseeing strategy, engineering, and marketing direction for service provider networking platforms. He has also served in executive and advisory roles for several start-up companies including CEO of Avici (which he took public via an IPO), AirGrub, Advisor to StageOne Ventures, Rockport Systems, Enkoo (acquitted by SonicWall), and Rasa Networks (acquired by HPE).

Mr. Lenihan joined ZOLA Electric in March 2015 and currently serves as CEO where he oversees product, operations, finance, expansion and corporate development. Under his leadership, ZOLA has expanded from 1 to 7 countries, 200 to over 1000 employees and now provides energy access to over 1 million people. Mr. Lenihan brings a strong background to ZOLA, with experience at companies including Goldman Sachs, Bain & Company and Calera Capital. As Managing Director at Calera Capital, a private equity firm managing $2 billion of capital, Mr. Lenihan led the firm's investment efforts in the consumer and industrial sectors. His experience includes efforts around geographic expansion, channel development, new product introductions, efficiency improvements, acquisitions, and financial planning. Prior to joining Calera Capital, Mr. Lenihan was with Goldman Sachs & Co. where he managed and pursued investment opportunities within the Principal Investment Area. He began his career with Bain & Company, Inc. and CS First Boston. Just prior to joining ZOLA, Mr. Lenihan served as Executive Vice President, International for Switch Lighting where he launched Switch’s Japan business and initiated early stage development of Europe. Mr. Lenihan received a B.A. cum laude in Business and Economics from UCLA and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree in Strategic Management and Finance.

Mr. Dennis leads AEE’s work to increase wholesale electricity market access for advanced energy technologies and provides legal advice and counsel to all of AEE’s programs. He is a nationally recognized expert in energy law and policy at the federal and state level, and a frequent author and speaker. Before joining AEE, Mr. Dennis spent over a decade at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, holding senior positions including Director of Policy Development and Legal Advisor to a Commissioner. Mr. Dennis has also been a lawyer in private practice representing clients in proceedings before FERC, state public utility commissions, and in the courts. In addition to his work at AEE, Mr. Dennis is a leader in the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, and serves on the Editorial Board of the Energy Law Journal.

Mr. Fitzgerald has spent his entire career in the energy industry as a lawyer, senior business executive, and now partner and Investment Committee member for EIP. In his role as Chief Utility Officer, Mr. Fitzgerald provides leadership and insight on utility business needs, thereby driving fund strategy on investment. He also works closely with utility investors on commercialization and innovation strategies for new technology and portfolio investments. Furthermore, he has helped lead EIP’s first investment in the transportation electrification sector, assuming an active role as Chairman of Greenlots, an EV charging company that was ultimately sold to Shell New Energies LLC, garnering a substantial exit to the fund. Mr. Fitzgerald is the previous Chairman of the EEI Technology & Innovation Committee; Advisory Board Member to the Electric Power Research Institute; and a founding member of the US Partnership for Renewable Energy Finance.

Ms. Ilango is the Chief Financial Officer at Soltage. She has over 20 years of experience in due diligence, negotiations, and managing energy investments across capital structure on a global basis, and has invested and managed over $6 Billion in growth capital and distressed investments across global energy, mining, power, and water sectors. She received her MS in Financial Markets and Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dr. Richard Mattison is Chief Executive Officer of S&P Global Trucost and Chief Product Officer ESG, S&P Global. Dr. Mattison is an expert in sustainable finance. Over the last 20 years, he has advised various UN bodies, governments, financial intuitions, companies, and NGOs on how to integrate climate change and natural capital analysis into their decision-making. He has led numerous ground-breaking projects, including creating the first portfolio carbon risk assessment for Henderson and the UK Environment Agency, launching the first carbon efficient index with S&P Dow Jones Indices, leading the first global assessment of corporate environmental externalities for the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment, and developing the world’s first Environmental Profit and Loss account for PUMA. Dr. Mattison is a member of the EU Sustainable Finance High Level Expert Group, the Global Advisory Council of the Oxford Smith School Stranded Assets Programme, the Scottish Forum on Natural Capital, Advisory Board Member for IUCN Finance for Nature initiative, and the Hong Kong Green Finance Association. Previously, Dr. Mattison was a strategy consultant and began his career as a neuroscientist. He holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh and is an honorary Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Mr. Vavrik is Chief Executive Officer and managing partner with Broad Reach Power. Mr. Vavrik has spent two decades of his career developing and managing power and energy products. Prior to his time at Broad Reach Power, Mr. Vavrik worked developing, trading, and managing energy investments with some of the leading companies in the industry including GE, Enron, First Wind, SunPower, and Apex Clean Energy. At these companies, Mr. Vavrik was directly involved in over $4 billion worth of investments in operating wind and solar power projects. Mr. Vavrik earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, an MPP from Princeton University, and a J.D. from Yale Law School.

Mr. Kreamer is the CEO of the national trade group Advanced Energy Economy and related (Advanced Energy Economy) Institute as well as founder and CEO of Fairtide Renew. Advanced Energy Economy (AEE) provides education about and advocacy for all of the technology innovations that make powering our industrialized economies more affordable, clean, and secure. Fairtide Renew invests in helping traditional industries adopt new technologies that create sustainable value for customers, shareholders, and societies. Mr. Kreamer was previously president and CEO of Spruce Finance and its predecessor Clean Power Finance as well as Advisor to the Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI). He sold the first residential solar power purchase agreement in the US when he co-founded Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) and served as its president and COO. An officer in the US Navy (Reserves), Mr. Kreamer is a veteran of the war in Afghanistan, where he served in the Special Forces and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. President Obama named Nat a “Champion of Change” for his work as a veteran in clean energy. He also received the Truman Visionary Leadership Award, “Most Admired CEO” award from the San Francisco Business Times, and was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Northern California. Mr. Kreamer has a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from Rice University.

Dr. Varadarajan is a Principal in the Electricity Practice at RMI and focuses on how to use cutting-edge data and financial, policy, and regulatory analysis to help drive a just transition to clean energy. Before joining RMI, Dr. Varadarajan was a Principal at CPI Energy Finance, managing their San Francisco team. At CPI, he led the development of innovative solutions – including the use of ratepayer-backed bond securitization and capital recycling to equitably address unrecovered retired plant costs – to help consumers, utilities, and communities in states across the US realize the benefits from a just and equitable transition from uneconomic dirty resources to clean energy. Prior to moving to the Bay Area, he served as a program examiner in the US White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB), where oversaw the budget for US Department of Energy (DOE) energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and the cost assessment and approval of the first $8 billion in DOE loans to automakers, including loans to Tesla and Nissan to build electric vehicles. Before joining OMB, he was an AAAS Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the Department of Energy and then on detail to the staff of the US House of Representatives, Appropriations Committee. He came to Washington DC after completing a postdoctoral fellowship in theoretical physics in the Weinberg Theory Group at the University of Texas at Austin.

Dr. Gerbi leads the Agency’s development, launch, and execution of high-risk, high-reward energy R&D programs. Previously as a Program Director at the Agency, her programmatic focus at ARPA-E included improving the energy efficiency and management of buildings via advanced sensing systems and storage, novel insulating materials for windows, and renewable energy generation via photovoltaics. Dr. Gerbi holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also received an M.S. in Physics from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Physics from Bard College.

Mr. Murphy is responsible for managing the strategic planning process for Edison International and its subsidiaries and oversees the analysis of emerging trends in the industry and their impact on Edison’s regulated utility and competitive businesses. In this role, he has responsibility for advancing strategic initiatives and assessing new opportunities that are key to achieving business growth and long-term shareholder value for the company. He also oversees the competitive businesses of Edison International including Edison Energy. Prior to joining Edison International, Mr. Murphy was senior managing director of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, where he headed the utilities, energy, and power team in North America. Mr. Murphy earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College in 1983 and a juris doctorate degree from George Washington University in 1987, where he was a member of the George Washington Law Review.

Mr. Emnett oversees the development and implementation of federal energy and environmental regulatory strategy for Exelon Corporation, the nation’s largest producer and distributor of clean energy. He is responsible for achieving Exelon’s policy objectives in matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Environmental Protection Agency. Prior to joining Exelon, Mr. Emnett was Senior FERC Counsel for NextEra Energy, Inc., where he provided legal support and strategic advice on federal regulatory matters. Before joining NextEra in 2014, he served as Deputy Director of the Office of Energy Policy and Innovation at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, where he led the development of regulations and rules governing wholesale electric markets and the provision of interstate transmission service.

Mr. Buddin is head of the Investment Banking Division's (IBD) global CommTech effort and Internet of Things franchise. Previously, he was the global head of the Clean Technology and Renewables (CTR) Group. Mr. Buddin joined Goldman Sachs in 2011 as a vice president and was named managing director in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Credit Suisse in the Technology Group from 2000 to 2011. While at Credit Suisse, he was one of the founding members of the global alternative energy group and was head of the Clean Technology practice. Mr. Buddin earned an AB in Economics from Stanford University.

Mr. Nanus serves as a member of the Management Committee and as Co-Head of the Private Equity business. Mr. Nanus joined LS Power in 2005. Prior to joining LS Power, Mr. Nanus was a Vice President in Lazard Freres’ Power and Energy practice, where he advised power and utility companies on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Prior to that, Mr. Nanus was an Associate at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he was a member of both the Financial Sponsors and Global Energy practices. Mr. Nanus began his career with Arthur Andersen, where, as a member of the Transaction Advisory Services and Audit Groups he performed due diligence and provided accounting advice related to private equity transactions. Mr. Nanus received a B.S. in Applied Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.

Ms. Scalzo is Vice President of M&A and Strategy at Vistra Corp, where she is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of strategic opportunities. Prior to joining Vistra, Ms. Scalzo held corporate development and investment roles at SemGroup, Bregal Energy, and Energy Capital Partners. Ms. Scalzo began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Throughout her career, she has focused on energy, power, and renewables and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, portfolio company management, project development, financing, and corporate planning. Ms. Scalzo received a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance, Global Analysis, and Management, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Needham is a Partner and Energy Sector Lead for The Rise Fund, responsible for sourcing and executing growth stage investments in the energy space. Prior to joining Rise, Mr. Needham was the Director of Energy and Sustainability for Google, where he led teams that invested in transformative, large-scale renewable energy projects, explored ways to accelerate energy access in emerging markets, and catalyzed actions to address climate change. Prior to Google, Mr. Needham was at DEKA Research where he led clean energy business development efforts and managed several technology development projects in clean energy, medical products, and robotics, including the development of an advanced upper prosthetic arm that was highlighted in a 60 Minutes segment and was successfully tested and deployed to veterans. Mr. Needham holds a BS from the US Naval Academy and an MS from MIT, both in Aerospace Engineering, as well as an MBA from HBS.

Mr. Yokell oversees Congruent’s investments in AMP Robotics, Blueprint Power, OptimoRoute, For Days, Leap, Omnidian, Amply Power, Raptor Maps, Span.IO, Vector, and Phase Genomics. He has over 15 years of investment experience, having invested across sectors and business models, and was responsible for opening RockPort Capital’s West Coast office in 2007. Mr. Yokell graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics, with minors in Chemistry and Biology.

Mr. Munger founded Vision Ridge Partners in 2008 in order to bring decades of value investing experience to bear on what he saw as the financial opportunities presented by sustainable solutions. A former Managing Director with The Baupost Group, LLC, a leading investment firm with over $25 billion in assets, Mr. Munger has also been a consultant to Texas Pacific Group and an Investment Banker with James D. Wolfensohn, Inc. His passion and expertise in electrified mobility, renewable electricity generation, the built environment, and other assets make him a leader in sustainable investing. Mr. Munger is a board member of Securing America’s Future Energy, a founding member of the Executive Committee of the Electrification Coalition, and a member of the League of Conservation Voters board of directors and serves on the boards of numerous private companies. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in Politics and Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration.

Mr. DeAngelis is a Partner in the International Power Fund of Denham Capital and is responsible for origination, analysis, structuring, valuation, and execution of investments, as well as fundraising for the Power Deal Team. He brings over 20 years of experience to the firm and is a member of the Investment Committee and Valuation Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Endeavor Energy, Ceiba Energy, Greenleaf Power, subsidiaries of Rio Energy, and a member of the Advisory Committee of Themis Energy. Mr. DeAngelis is a member of the Millennium Challenge Corporation Advisory Council and a member of the Advisory Council for NASP-USAID Investment Partnership for “Mobilizing Institutional Investors to Develop Africa’s Infrastructure” or “MIDA.” Separately, Mr. DeAngelis is taking part in Columbia University’s World Projects Initiative. Prior to joining Denham, Mr. DeAngelis was a Director at Waypoint Energy and worked as a Manager at Pace Global Energy and PG&E National Energy Group, after serving as an Engineer at Delmarva Power. Mr. DeAngelis received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Business Administration from LeBow College of Business at Drexel University.

Ms. Pfund is also the Founder of DBL Investors. As a leading player in the growing field of impact investing, DBL has helped to reveal the power of venture capital to promote social change and environmental improvement, and Ms. Pfund writes and speaks frequently of impact investing. Ms. Pfund currently sponsors or sits on the board of directors of several companies, including; Farmers Business Network, The Muse, Advanced Microgrid Solutions, Off-Grid Electric, Primus Power, and, prior to their public offerings, Tesla Motors and Pandora. Prior to founding DBL Investors, Ms. Pfund was a Managing Director in Venture Capital at JPMorgan, having started her investment career at Hambrecht & Quist in 1984. Previously, Ms. Pfund worked at Intel Corporation, the State of California, Stanford University, and the Sierra Club. Ms. Winnett Seelig is a Managing Director and Head of Environmental, Social and Governance for Citi’s Markets and Securities Services business. She was previously Head of Strategy for Commodities at Citi. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Winnett Seelig was Head of Energy Client Management for Commodities at BNP Paribas, and also worked in Natural Resources Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers and Project Finance at NationsBank (now Bank of America). In the middle of her career, she spent 10 years working in conservation and community development in southern Africa and consulting for venture capital firms investing in renewable energy.

Mr. Wood serves as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Natural Resources – Energy, Mining, Power & Renewables Group at Bank of America with industry teams based in every major geographic region. He leads coverage teams across the industry landscape of regulated utilities, independent power, clean energy, and global manufacturing as well as private equity and infrastructure sponsors. Over Mr. Wood's 30+ year career, he has assisted clients on noteworthy strategic transactions and financings, a number of which have been named "Deal of the Year." He has transaction expertise across the spectrum of mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, leveraged finance, structured finance, commodities, and privatizations. He received an M.B.A. from MIT, Sloan School of Management, and a B.A. from Dartmouth College. He has served on the following Board of Directors: AWEA, ACORE, MIT Sustainability Initiative, and MIT Sloan Advisory Board as well as a Bank of America liaison to Stanford’s Global Climate & Energy Policy Group.

Mr. Torres is responsible for originating investment opportunities, establishing industry partnerships, leading transaction executions, and developing new investment strategies in the renewable power sector. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2016, Mr. Torres was a Managing Director and the Head of Renewable Power Project Financing at Morgan Stanley. In this role, Mr. Torres was responsible for Morgan Stanley's capital markets financing, principal lending, and principal equity investing (tax equity) for renewable power projects. Mr. Torres was also responsible for actively managing Morgan Stanley's controlling interests in various renewable power project development and operating companies. Previously, Mr. Torres worked for Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in various structured finance and securitization businesses. Mr. Torres holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree (finance concentration) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from The Law School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Voccola is Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Ardian Infrastructure US. In addition to investing activities, Mr. Voccola is part of the infrastructure co-investment/syndication team. He is a board member of portfolio company Hill Top. Previously, Mr. Voccola was a Partner at Ares Management, within the Ares Private Equity Group, where he was responsible for sourcing and appraising investment opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to joining Ares in 2015, he was a Partner at Energy Investors Funds (EIF).

Ravina Advani joined BNP Paribas in 2001 and is currently the Head of Energy Natural Resources & Renewables Coverage, where she is responsible for all client and sector activity across the Bank’s energy practice, including Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining and Commodities. Her role also entails deepening BNP Paribas’ Sustainable Finance initiatives within the energy franchise.

Prior to assuming her current position in late 2018, Ravina was part of the Bank’s Power, Infrastructure & Project Finance North America team, where she was responsible for originating, structuring and executing financings across various asset classes including power (thermal and renewables) oil & gas (LNG, pipelines, petrochemical facilities), transportation (ports, airports) and social accommodation. In 2007, she spent 6 months in Paris supporting the EMEA Project Finance team. Ravina has extensive experience with both domestic and international financings and has played lead roles on several of the bank's prominent arranging/advisory mandates in the bank, private placement, bond and institutional loan markets.

Before joining BNP Paribas, Ravina worked at Orion Power Holdings, a power generation company, assisting with the company's trading and marketing efforts. Ravina holds a BBA from the College of William and Mary with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French and an MBA from Columbia Business School. In 2019, she received Positive Impact Business certification from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Finance.

Jean-Valery is Managing Director and Co-Head of Energy, Resources and Infrastructure for the Americas, a team of 30+ individuals focused on debt/bid advisory, arranging and project bonds in the context of greenfield, brownfield, acquisition or refinancing of projects or holding companies / portfolio of projects or other hybrid transactions in infra and energy in the Americas. Jean-Valery took particular leadership in the development complex financing structures combining local and international investors; multilateral and development banks; and commercial banks. He has 20 years of experience in the arranging and advisory of financings in the infra and energy space inclusive of core infra, TMT infra, water, power, renewables and oil & gas midstream, with a particular focus in Latin America.

Prior to working in New York, Jean-Valery worked in BNP Paribas Frankfurt, Paris, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, with a special focus on infrastructure bank and/or bond financing. Jean-Valery holds a degree in finance and economics from HEC, France’s leading business school and a Master degree in management from the CEMS (Community of European Management Schools). He graduated in September 2007 with academic honors from an Executive MBA at Columbia University, NY. Jean-Valery is fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, and German, and has intermediate Italian level.

Mr. Shenberg focuses on energy M&A, capital markets, and financing transactions. He has represented financial and strategic investors in numerous deals involving the purchase or sale of energy assets, including large portfolios, single-asset deals, and joint ventures. Additionally, Mr. Shenberg advises energy company clients on financings including restructurings and corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Marder is currently the Head of Project Finance at Wilmington Trust. His responsibilities include leading a team of client service relationship managers, as well as studying and leveraging market trends and developments to expand the Bank's trust and agency platform. Working in close partnership with sales, Mr. Marder seeks to find new opportunities for revenue growth and for the delivery of client-focused solutions to the project finance market. Mr. Marder has experience across the transaction lifecycle, having worked as an originator, underwriter, and asset manager (including workouts, restructurings, and asset sales). He also has deep experience in both product management and project management, having served as the Global Product Manager for project finance within Deutsche Bank’s Global Transaction Banking business.

Mr. Hayes represents sponsors, developers and utilities in all phases of renewable energy project development and finance, particularly in the sphere of utility-scale solar, wind, renewable fuels and carbon capture facilities. Mr. Hayes has experience in sponsor-side representation in tax equity transactions as well as that of preferred equity investors in renewable project financings. He also has experience in both single asset and portfolio-based acquisitions and divestitures, including those involving solar, wind, renewable natural gas assets and conventional power facilities. His clients principally include domestic and foreign investment banks, renewable project developers and private equity firms, among others.

Mr. Toulouse focuses on limited recourse, structured and corporate financings, liability management transactions and restructurings in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His clients include sponsors and corporate borrowers, credit funds and financial institutions. With more than twenty years of experience, he has handled a wide range of complex transactions in the U.S. and Latin America relating to conventional power facilities, renewables, distributed generation and storage, transmission, retail energy, oil and gas (upstream, midstream, LNG, downstream) and mining.

Mr. Yuffee has a robust, broad-based energy practice focusing on energy regulation, enforcement and transactions. He regularly represents clients before FERC and the CFTC in both public and non-public investigations. A former attorney-advisor in FERC's Office of Administrative Law Judges, Mr. Yuffee has more than 25 years of experience advising clients on transactions and projects in the energy sector. His longstanding clients include energy and commodity traders and marketers, financial institutions and private equity funds, as well as power and renewable developers and integrated energy companies.

Mr. Kumar is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and is the Global Head of Project, Commodity, and Infrastructure Finance. He is also responsible for Morgan Stanley's portfolio of renewable energy investments that reside in the Global Structured Products Group. Mr. Kumar has also been a member of the Investment Committees and Advisory Board of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, the Firm's merchant banking investment activities in the infrastructure space. Mr. Kumar was previously responsible for the Mitsubishi UFJ JV; reporting directly to Morgan Stanley's CEO and Chairman of Morgan Stanley International, where he coordinated two capital raises and several JVs with MUFG. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Kumar was at Lehman Brothers in Structured Finance. He began his career in merchant banking at Prudential Capital focusing on equity, mezzanine, and senior debt investments in brownfield and greenfield power and infrastructure projects. Mr. Kumar holds a B.A. in economics from Washington University.

Flavia Tata Nardini began her career at the European Space Agency as a Propulsion Test Engineer. She then joined TNO, the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research to work on advanced space propulsion projects. In 2015, Flavia co-founded Fleet Space Technologies, a connectivity company set to maximise the resource efficiency of human civilisation through low cost, low power remote massive IoT. Fleet Space launched four of over 140 planned nanosatellites in 2018 and their fifth in early 2021, enabling the next industrial revolution with a free, ubiquitous connectivity platform.

As Research Director of the Internet of Things practice for 451 Research, a part of S&P Global Market Intelligence, Christian Renaud covers the ongoing virtualization and digitization of the physical world around us. For 25 years, prior to joining 451 Research, Christian built nationwide networks at large and small enterprises, worked with Fortune 50 companies in the systems integrator channel, built products at Cisco Systems, and ran the company's New Markets and Technologies team. He has been the CEO of multiple startups, worked in venture and angel capital, and has served as an advisor to G20 and European Commission projects. Christian is a frequent speaker on emerging technology, entrepreneurship and future trends.

Mr. Ferguson is a Senior Director for the Sustainable Finance group at S&P Global Ratings in New York City. He recently has been involved in the development and roll-out of our ESG Evaluation tool and is responsible for the inclusion of ESG risks into our credit ratings. He also supports our Green Evaluation efforts and manages the North American and LatAm Analysts. He is also responsible for knowledge development on ESG throughout S&P Global Ratings. Much of his thought leadership research revolves around environmental regulation and energy policy. Mr. Ferguson graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2005 with a bachelor of business administration degree in Finance and a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science. He received a Master of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Virginia in 2006 and a master of business administration degree from Duke University in 2011. Mr. Ferguson is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant (DC and VA), a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Taylor Cavey is a Senior Energy Analyst on S&P Global Platts’ North American Oil and Natural Gas Supply team. His core responsibilities include forecasting oil and natural gas production for the major US shale plays, driving production modeling enhancements as well as providing unique and timely supply side analysis. Mr. Cavey is the primary author of the Southeast and Texas Oil and Gas Production Monitor and contributes to the US Gas Short-Term Forecast and North American Gas Five-Year Forecast reports. Prior to joining S&P Global Platts, Taylor attended Colorado State University and received his Bachelors in Economics.

Mr. Wyeno leads LNG analysis in the Americas, including the US LNG export forecast and LNG netbacks. Additionally, he forecasts LNG demand in Latin America and the Caribbean, including domestic supply and demand fundamentals. He began his nine-year tenure at S&P Global Platts covering global LNG before moving on to cover the Southeast Gulf and Texas region for the North American Natural Gas team and leading the development of the Mexico Energy Service. He holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and an M.S. in Political Economics from the Colorado School of Mines.

Mr. Winters is an energy analyst currently focused on the Southeast and Texas regions. In his current role, Mr. Winters focuses on market fundamentals pertaining to both the short and long-term outlooks for the region while also overseeing the US Regional Short-Term Basis Forecast. Prior to his current role, Mr. Winters covered the West and Rockies regions as well as the Northeast region with an emphasis on infrastructure projects. Mr. Winters holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Statistics from Loyola University Chicago.

Mr. Hilfiker is a Senior Energy Analyst on S&P Global Platts North American Natural Gas and Power Analytics team, where he is responsible for supporting the buildout of their global analytical arm and providing energy market analysis for conferences and custom engagements. Mr. Hilfiker specializes in North American natural gas supply and demand fundamental analysis and forecasting, with a specific focus on Mexico Natural Gas and Power markets. In his current role, Mr. Hilfiker manages the Mexico Energy Analytics Service content and forecasts while spearheading new data collection endeavors and statistical model development.

Mr. Ahuja is responsible for developing new products, models, and analyses for short-, medium- and long-term energy and capacity markets. He joined S&P Global Platts in 2014. With over 15 years of experience in trading, decision analytics, and private equity, Mr. Ahuja provides a commercial edge to analyses and product development. Prior to S&P Global Platts, he has been a decision scientist with Mu Sigma and VP of Power and Gas Trading at Barclays. He also has experience in private equity and in building start-ups at Sequoia Capital and Evalueserve, respectively. Mr. Ahuja has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Mr. Brunetti is leading the efforts to expand Platts power analytics around the globe, leveraging on the S&P Global proprietary world power plant database. In addition, Mr. Brunetti is leading Platts analytics global wind and solar outlooks. Mr. Brunetti spent over 15 years at PIRA Energy Group, now part of S&P Global Platts, where he launched and managed the PIRA’s European Electricity Service, which provides market insights into the developments of power generation, demand, cross-border trading, and prices for Europe’s most relevant markets. Prior to joining PIRA, now part of S&P Global Platts, in 2001, he was at Caminus (Sungard, leading provider of software for energy, now part of FIS), where he worked on market analysis for CCGTs projects and on asset acquisitions and divestments. He began his career in strategic planning at Enel. Mr. Brunetti graduated magna cum laude in economics and management from Bari University (Italy) and obtained a masters in energy economics from the ENSPM / Institut Français du Pétrole (Paris).

Mr. Kramarchuk leads efforts at Platts to analyze the impacts of the energy transition – driven by policy changes and technology advancements – on the energy sector and market outlooks, with a special focus on clean energy (i.e. stationary storage, electric vehicles/alternative transport, renewables, hydrogen, etc.). He oversees the Platts Analytics Scenario Planning Service – advising clients on long-term energy market views (including 2-degree scenarios) - as well as the GHG and North American Environmental Markets Services – offering insights into environmental markets & policies. Prior to joining PIRA, now part of S&P Global Platts, he was at the US Environmental Protection Agency, developing key power plant and industrial emissions regulations at the Clean Air Markets Division. With both PG&E NEG and PA Consulting / PHB Hagler Bailly, he evaluated strategies regarding fuel choice, capital investments, and trading. Mr. Kramarchuk also worked on international projects to develop power markets and regulatory capacity in the former Soviet Union and India. At the Federal Reserve Board, Mr. Kramarchuk analyzed trends in industrial production. He has an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. in economics and a B.S.E. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
