The Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards is a set of contractual provisions provided by S&P Global Commodity Insights, a division of S&P Global Inc. (" SPGCI ") as a service to market participants in the interests of market efficiency. SPGCI has published the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards for informational purposes only for parties who may wish to consider it for use in connection with the preparation and documentation of agreements relating to actual or potential transactions in the LNG markets. Any party wishing to use the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards should consult with its legal advisors and any other advisors deemed appropriate prior to using the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards . S&P Global Inc. nor any of its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "S&P Global") assumes any responsibility for any use to which the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards may be put.

By accessing the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards you represent and undertake to S&P Global that (i) you will make your own independent decision as to whether to use all or any part of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards , or whether or not to modify any part of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards , based upon your own judgment and upon advice from such advisors (including, but not limited to, legal, regulatory, investment, accounting and tax) as you have deemed necessary; (ii) you are not relying on any communication (written or oral) of S&P Global or any of S&P Global’s staff or agents as advice or as a recommendation as to the appropriateness of any course of action; and (iii) none of S&P Global or its staff or agents has acted or is acting as a fiduciary or an advisor to you in respect of any decision.

You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards as the basis of a claim against S&P Global. S&P Global will not have any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise to you or any other third party in relation to the contents of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards .

SPGCI may update the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards from time to time but does not commit to doing so. SPGCI may remove the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards from this Website and/or withdraw or change the terms of access to the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards at any time.

These terms and conditions are in addition to and supplement the S&P Global Terms of Use (as may be amended from time to time), which are incorporated herein by reference. Use of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards is also subject to the notice at the top of the front page and the notice at the bottom of each page of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards , the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards will be considered to be "Content" pursuant to the S&P Global Terms of Use.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards or in the S&P Global Terms of Use, the use, communication, disclosure, distribution, redistribution and/ or reproduction of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards in whole or in part are prohibited without the prior written permission of SPGCI, other than for the purpose of the preparation and documentation of agreements relating to transactions or potential transactions in the LNG markets . S&P Global does not consent to the use, communication, disclosure, distribution, redistribution and/ or reproduction of the Platts Standard Terms: JKM Forwards for any other purpose, in any other manner or by any other person and expressly reserves all other rights.

The terms and conditions set out herein including all terms incorporated by reference herein (together, "these terms and conditions") and any disputes regarding these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and be construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales, without regard to the principles of conflicts of laws of other jurisdictions. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts residing in London, England, United Kingdom, for the purposes of determining any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions .
