The EU Benchmark Regulation, as amended by the EU Regulation on Climate Transition Benchmarks, EU Paris-aligned Benchmarks and sustainability-related disclosures for benchmarks, came into effect in December 2020 (the EU Low Carbon Benchmark Regulation). The EU Low Carbon Benchmark Regulation mandated various sustainability-related disclosures for benchmark administrators.
