Tom twice served on the Board of Directors and President of the Society of Automotive Analysts, and he also has served as an adjunct Professor of Market Research at Pepperdine University.Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Amherst College, Amherst, MA, and an MBA in Marketing from Columbia University, New York.
